1 Intellectual Property & Single-User License

All study materials, practice questions, answers, and software architecture found on CertsNest are the exclusive property of CertsNest. Upon a successful transaction, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products under the following rules:

PDF Questions: May be downloaded and printed strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use.
Online Testing Engine: Access is restricted to a single user account. Simultaneous logins from multiple distinct geographical locations or IP addresses are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Actions: You may not modify, distribute, resell, lease, or publicly share our exam questions, nor may you reverse-engineer the web-based simulation engine. Breach of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund.

2 Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

Because CertsNest provides digital, non-tangible, and instantly accessible goods, our delivery and refund frameworks are defined as follows:

Immediate Delivery PDF downloads and Testing Engine access keys are automatically provisioned to your User Dashboard immediately upon payment authorization.

All Sales Are Final Due to the downloadable and copyable nature of IT exam prep data, we generally do not issue refunds once a product file has been downloaded or the online testing engine has been launched.

Exceptions & Disputes Refund exceptions are only reviewed if a technical error occurs on our server side that completely prevents access, or if a double-charge occurs during checkout.

4 Limitation of Liability & Pass Guarantee

5 Account Security & Fair Use Termination

If our security automated logs identify brute-force scraping attempts, automated file-leeching scripts, or systemic account sharing, CertsNest reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently delete your access keys without prior notification or legal liability.
