1 Nature of Digital Products (All Sales Final)

Unlike physical products that can be returned to a warehouse, digital materials are permanently delivered upon purchase. As a general rule, all sales are final. Once payment is cleared and files are made accessible via your User Dashboard, no automatic refunds will be issued for “change of mind” or purchasing the incorrect exam code.

Please Note: We strongly urge you to review the official vendor exam code (e.g., AZ-104, CCNA 200-301, CompTIA Security+) on our product pages before confirming checkout to ensure complete alignment with your certification goals.

2 Eligible Scenarios for a Full Refund

We review and approve refund exceptions on a case-by-case basis under the following explicit circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice in a single transaction or within a 24-hour window, the duplicate payment will be refunded immediately.
  • Technical System Delivery Failure: If our servers experience a catastrophic error where the PDF link cannot be generated, or your Online Testing Engine access key fails to activate, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours of purchase.
  • Un-Downloaded Purchases: If you purchased a product but never clicked the download link or never initialized a session on the testing engine web interface, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase.

3 Ineligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will be strictly denied if any of the following apply:

Files Downloaded The user log files clearly indicate that the PDF file has already been downloaded or the Testing Engine environment has been launched.
Account Abuse The account has been suspended or flag-terminated due to violations of our Terms (such as password sharing or multi-IP access).
Retired Vendor Exams The vendor officially retires or updates an exam version, and the user requests a refund months after their purchase instead of requesting a content update.

4 Optional: Exam Pass Guarantee Policy

We take immense pride in the accuracy of our exam prep questions. If you fail your official vendor certification exam after thoroughly preparing with our premium materials, we offer a Product Exchange or Store Credit, subject to the following criteria:

  • The official exam must have been taken within 60 days of your purchase date on CertsNest.
  • You must provide a clear, scanned PDF copy of your official vendor scorecard showing your name, registration ID, and the date of the exam.
  • The name on the vendor scorecard must completely match the customer registration profile name on CertsNest.

5 How to Submit a Request

To initiate a refund review or claim a product credit via our pass guarantee, please reach out to our administration desk. Approved cash refunds will automatically be credited back to your original payment card or payment account within 5 to 10 business days.
